We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling IT services to potential clients online. You will help promote our services, build relationships with customers, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for IT services online.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Present and explain our IT services to clients.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
- Give sales updates in ERP system on daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: HSC to Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably selling IT services or related products.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to understand and explain basic IT services to clients.
- Strong negotiation, closing skills and ability to work in teams.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and give daily plans and work updates.
