Job Responsibilities are as below:

Project Architect:

  3. Coordination with Consultants: They collaborate with engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other specialists to integrate their expertise into the overall project. This involves managing communication and ensuring that all elements work cohesively.
  4. Construction Administration: Project architects are often involved in the construction phase, overseeing the implementation of the design. They address any issues that arise during construction and ensure that the project is executed according to the approved plans.
  5. Code Compliance: Project architects must have a deep understanding of local building codes and regulations to ensure that the project meets legal and safety standards.

 

Designer:
